Kamarainba’s deteriorating health leaked in prison memo

According to a Sierra Leone Correctional Service leak report dated November 16, 2021, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray “…looks to demonstrate some psychological damage.”

The letter on Kamarainba’s medical update, signed by the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Tamba Labbie, also diagnosed the convict with severe lower back pain, anxiety, and frequent micturition.

His health condition, according to the document, has left him unable to attend court hearings.

The document recommended that the detainee be re-examined by additional Ministry of Health and Sanitation doctors.
