Sierra Leone’s future generation of football heroes (U-13) will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see live Africa’s largest football spectacle, The African Cup of Nations, on Monday, December 6, 2021, at 4:00 PM at the X-ray Complex, Regent, Freetown. The competition will be held in a knockout format.
The Orange Junior Challenge (OJC), offered to you by the country’s largest Mobile Telecom Provider, will provide 12 young people the opportunity to experience the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon in January 2022. This will also rekindle their desire to be the country’s next Wonder Boy, which they have been yearning for many years.
Eight teams from across the Western Area, including Motivate Football Academy from New England Ville, Hopanda Academy, Wellington, Zizo from Kingtom, Orthodox FC from Fourah Bay, Future Legends in Cline Town, FANT FC, Hill Station, Lima FC at Wilkinson Road, and Legend FC from Wilberforce will battle for a spot in the All Expense Trip to Cameroon.
The challenge is expected to run for one week. The winning team, including 12 players will have the opportunity to watch the AFCON in January in Cameroon with expenses paid by Orange Sierra Leone, one of the sponsors of the African Cup of Nations.
