86 unidentified corpses buried

The Ministry of Health and Sanitation’s (MoHS) Burial Team has laid to rest 86 unidentified corpses from the November 5, 2021, fire accident at the SLPMB Junction in Wellington, east end of Freetown.
These remains have been stored at the Connaught Hospital morgue since the disaster occurred, revealed Sinneh Kamara, the Administrative Assistant at the Connaught Teaching Hospital Mortuary.

According to Sinneh “They were all buried separately and in caskets,”
The Administrative Assistant also asked that we pray for the departed, who were sadly unidentified despite the MoHS and the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) making every effort to ensure that all corpses from the Wellington fire incident were identified at the Connaught morgue before burial.
