The Government of Sierra Leone is organising its first National Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair, NYEEF, that will create a space for networking and learning for over 500 young women and men aged 18-35, drawn from across the country.
This three-day event, which will be held from 15-17 November 2022, at the Freetown International Conference Centre in Aberdeen, is being organised by the Office of the Vice President in collaboration with Ministries of Labour & Social Security, Technical & Higher Education, Trade & Industry and Youth Affairs, and will help connect young people to employers, recruiters and tertiary institutions for the purpose of employment, entrepreneurship and skills development.
The Managing Director of JobSearch (SL) Ltd, a 15-year-old Human Resources firm, Ms. Edleen Elba said she was pleased to be playing a significant role in organising this laudable event.
“Young Sierra Leoneans from across the country will have the opportunity to CREATE networks, LEARN from experts and CONNECT with employers,” said the company, which provides services in the areas of recruitment, lifelong learning and people development.
