ECOWAS fines Sierra Leone

Presiding Judge at the ECOWAS community court of justice in Abuja, Nigeria justice Edward Amoako Sante has yesterday Wednesday 13 July ordered the Government of Sierra Leone (respondent) to pay Miles Investment (SL) Ltd et al (Applicant) for damages as property rights, right to fair hearing were violated by the respondent.
